I’ve spent the last 15 years as a Certified Health Coach—nearly 10 of those also as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer—helping hundreds of women reclaim their energy, confidence, and health.
My journey started at 16, working in gyms the moment I could drive. Being surrounded by fitness from such a young age ignited a lifelong passion for staying in shape and inspiring others to do the same.
Today, I specialize in working with women ages 40–65 who are navigating the frustrating symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. If you’re feeling bloated, moody, tired, stressed, sleep-deprived, and like your body is working against you—I get it.
I’m in my 40s too, and I know how overwhelming it can feel to juggle a career, family, and your own well-being.
That’s why I’ve created short, effective workouts (45 minutes or less) and practical, sustainable nutrition plans that fit your real life. Most of my clients start feeling better in just one week—and by 12 weeks, they’re leaner, stronger, sleeping better, and finally feeling like themselves again.
