Holistic health is a topic I’m very passionate about. Clean eating, exercise and relaxation techniques have brought my body into complete balance. I received my health coaching training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. During my schooling, I studied more than 100 different diet theories ranging from the Paleo Diet to the Raw Foods Diet and everything in between.
After careful analysis, I came to the conclusion that no one diet works for everyone. Therefore, I design individually-tailored nutrition programs. Side effects include increased energy, weight loss, improved sleep and sex drive, healthier relationships with food, stress reduction, a heightened level of confidence and more.
For 1 hour every 2 weeks, clients receive various handouts, delicious recipes and sound advice that can be put into practice right away. If you decide to work with me, you’ll finish each session feeling motivated to move in a positive direction, as well as tackle any hurdles that may be in your way.
Not only do I help with the nutrition side, I can develop an exercise plan to get you in whatever shape you desire. We can meet in person to conduct workout sessions or virtually via ZOOM where I’m with you each step of the way. Whichever one you choose, I’ll hold you accountable to stay on track; I’ll teach you the correct techniques for each exercise, so you have proper form; and you’ll receive an effective program that can be used when you’re not training with me.
